Royal Pom House is a family Pomeranian breeding program located in the Dominican Republic.

Our website provides information about our dogs, breeding program, previous litters, planned litters, and puppies that may become available to approved families.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information and photographs on this website accurate and current.

However, puppy availability, expected litters, colors, sizes, characteristics, timelines, and other information may change.

Information presented on the website does not constitute a guarantee that a particular puppy is currently available.

Puppy Inquiries

Submitting an inquiry, application, WhatsApp message, email, or other communication does not create a purchase agreement and does not guarantee that a puppy will be offered or reserved.

Royal Pom House may communicate with prospective families before proceeding with a reservation.

Puppy Availability

Puppies are living animals and their availability may change.

Royal Pom House cannot guarantee the availability of a particular puppy until the applicable reservation process has been completed and confirmed directly by Royal Pom House.

Reservations and Payments

Any reservation amount, deposit, payment schedule, refund conditions, and remaining balance applicable to the purchase of a puppy will be communicated to the prospective buyer before payment.

The specific terms applicable to an individual puppy purchase may also be contained in a separate written puppy sale agreement.

Where there is a separate signed sale agreement, that agreement will govern the specific transaction subject to applicable law.

Health

Royal Pom House is committed to responsible care of our Pomeranians.

Information concerning veterinary care, vaccinations, deworming, health records, and other applicable health information for a puppy will be communicated to the buyer as appropriate.

No statement on this website should be interpreted as a substitute for veterinary advice.

Size, Color and Development

Pomeranian puppies continue to develop after leaving the breeder.

Unless expressly included in a written agreement, estimates regarding adult size, weight, coat, color development, temperament, breeding potential, or show potential should not be interpreted as absolute guarantees.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

Registration and Pedigree

When registration or pedigree documentation applies to a particular puppy, the applicable documentation and conditions will be communicated to the buyer.

References on the website to registration, pedigree, or our parent dogs do not automatically mean that every puppy is sold with identical registration or breeding rights.

Pickup, Delivery and Transportation

Pickup, delivery, or transportation arrangements are determined individually with each family.

Any transportation cost, third-party carrier, documentation requirement, or other applicable condition will be communicated before arrangements are finalized.

Royal Pom House is not responsible for delays caused by independent transportation providers, airlines, government authorities, weather conditions, or circumstances reasonably outside our control, without limiting any rights granted to consumers by applicable law.

Responsible Ownership

Purchasing a puppy is a long-term commitment.

Prospective families are responsible for considering the financial, veterinary, housing, training, grooming, and general care requirements associated with owning a Pomeranian.

Royal Pom House encourages responsible and humane ownership throughout the dog’s life.

Photographs and Website Content

Unless otherwise indicated, photographs, branding, graphics, text, and original website content belonging to Royal Pom House may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.
